Saloon's Harrah's Entertainment Employees Reach Out and Salute America’s
Veterans (H.E.R.O.) program.
Harrah's hosted the USA Cares 2008 Veterans Day Golf Tournament Fund
Raiser on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at Harrah's Cascata Golf Course in Las Vegas to

"Harrah's has really stepped up to support USA Cares, and we can't thank
them enough," USA Cares Executive Director Bill Nelson said. "The proceeds
from this tournament will be a wonderful source of support for our military
families."
After a breakfast at 8 a.m. and sign-in, the tournament began with a
shotgun start at 9:30. A luncheon followed the eighteen holes of golf and
featured awards and raffle drawings. Sergeant Bryan Anderson, an Iraq war
veteran, actor and spokesman for USA Cares "Red Shirt Friday, I Care Too"
